- I usually use Whole Milk yogurt because that is what I have on hand but feel free to use 0% or 2% for less fat
- I make my own vanilla and use that in everything
- I use Vanilla protein powder but use whichever flavor you like
- I used blackberries because they are fresh from the yard but you can use any kind of fruit
