Protein Yogurt

Quick high protein yogurt snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Berries

Method
 

  1. MIx: yogurt, vanilla, and protein powder in a bowl.
  2. Top with berries.
  3. ENJOY!

Notes

Super fast and easy recipe that you can customize to your liking.  Enjoy this easy way to get extra protein into your day.
  • I usually use Whole Milk yogurt because that is what I have on hand but feel free to use 0% or 2% for less fat
  • I make my own vanilla and use that in everything
  • I use Vanilla protein powder but use whichever flavor you like
  • I used blackberries because they are fresh from the yard but you can use any kind of fruit
